Jess is qualified in pre/post-natal Pilates, Pilates for children, Pilates for the ageing population and has most recently completed her Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training with Polestar Pilates. Jess is also a certified Pink Ribbon Pilates Specialist, a Recovery Program designed to facilitate recovery from breast cancer surgery.
Gigi loves to inspire others to find the same motivation and enthusiasm for Pilates movement as she has. Her classes create a balanced, well-rounded workout that increases energy, improves body awareness with a keen awareness of alignment and breath.
Derek understands how integral yoga is to our everyday experience, bringing focus and stability to each individual’s practice, encouraging his students to always be building on what they are learning in the studio. In attending Derek’s class, the focus will be on improving your practice in a way that will both challenge and support your mentality and physicality.
Andi has an insatiable passion for health and fitness and has continuously updated her skill set to ensure she can offer clients the best possible training and advice.
Health and wellness has been a huge part of Andrea’s life from an early age. Born in London, Andrea trained in ballet before moving to Dublin where she competed in a variety of sports such as hockey, tennis, basketball and running.
Pamela is one of OSLO Health's senior Pilates and Hatha Yoga teachers. Originally certified in 2001 as a Hatha Yoga teacher, she discovered Pilates shortly afterwards and quickly became a huge fan.
Sinead has taught everywhere from Vietnam to the Cook Islands and throughout Australia. She was privileged to attend workshops from some of the most influential yogi’s such as Jimmy Barkan, Tiffany Cruikshank, Patrick Beach, Bryan Kest and Dylan Werner to name but a few.
Coming from a climbing background, precision and efficiency in movement has always been at the front of James’ mind. This passion led to James becoming a certified APPI mat-work Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach.
Grace's Yoga journey began over ten years ago and it's been a whirlwind of a rollercoaster ever since. A keen observer at the best of times, she has both experienced and witnessed firsthand the amazing benefits of her practice. She completed her Bikram yoga teacher training in 2013.
As a former gymnast, Brigid began her Yoga journey to maintain flexibility and strength. However, she soon began to feel the transformation it had in her life and felt inspired to share the gift of Yoga with others.
Susie is committed to developing her knowledge and to date has attended an eclectic array of workshops with internationally acclaimed instructors. Her style of teaching is deeply rooted through her background in dance which lends itself to the smooth choreography of her classes.
Hannah is an experienced dancer having trained at California State Universtiy in Los Angeles and Trisha Browne's Dance Company in New York. Hannah holds a BA in the Performing Arts from the University of Limerick and a Postgraduate Degree from Copenhagen Contemporary Dance College.
Julie has been practicing Yoga for over 10 years, from the moment she stepped onto the mat in her first class she knew Yoga was something that would be a huge part of her life wherever that path took her. Having quickly established a regular practice combining Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga she discovered additional benefits to Yoga away from the physical practice including a calmer mind.
Sherry is a RYT 500-hour certified Yoga teacher. As a science graduate with a Degree in Anatomy & Physiology and a Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science Sherry always had a fascination with biomechanics and how the human body works physically.
Aodhnait (pronounced Ena) from Dublin has been involved in gymnastics from childhood and coached all ages for many years. Gymnastics gave her an understanding of how the body moves and works, and the benefits of a strong body and mind. Aodhnait trained as a childrens and adults nurse in UCD. Although having learnt a great deal from her nursing training.
