Becky has completed a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science with an emphasis on Anatomy and Physiology from the National University of Ireland. It was during her studies that she began her yoga journey with a practice in various disciplines, among them Vinyasa, Ashtanga, hot yoga and Bikram.

Originally interested in the anatomy and alignment aspects of the Asana, as she delved deeper into the practice she came to appreciate the huge benefits of Yoga for mental as well as physical health.

In 2015, Becky graduated from the Yoga London Teacher Training and taught there until she moved to Bali to do further training in prenatal, postnatal, child and teen Yoga.

Becky has recently returned home from Sydney, where she was teaching Yoga full time for the past three years. Since her original training, Becky has also completed her antigravity yoga teacher training and a 100 hour Yin teacher training, worked in a number of studios and gyms across Sydney, organised Yoga Charity events and has taught on retreat in Tanzania.

Becky’s classes are dynamic and fluid with a strong focus on intuitive movement and energetic alignment. She infuses traditional and modern styles of yoga into the process of movement, meditation and exploration.
