Coming from a climbing background, precision and efficiency in movement has always been at the front of James’ mind. This passion led to James becoming a certified APPI mat-work Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach.

James encourages you to understand your opportunities to improve, celebrate your weak links, embrace them and turn them to strengths. James uses integrated techniques of strength training balanced with mobility and flexibility to treat and rehabilitate.

James has a unique approach to the treatment of injuries or imbalances, and prioritises physical honesty with our bodies, intelligent programming and self-dedication. Not only will you get a great program or workout, but you will have fun! James encourages playfulness as you work towards better movement. When not in the studio, James is completing his Physiotherapy Degree at Trinity College Dublin, climbing or practicing aerial acrobatics.
