OSLO is delighted to be able to invite its clients to travel to beautiful Catalunya and share with us some unforgettable health and wellness experiences. We are providing two hotel options, one brand new three-star Hotel Lavina and the magnificent 5-star Hotel Camiral. Both hotels are situated in the exclusive PGA Catalunya golf and wellness resort, near Girona, the culinary capital of Spain. All guests have access to the spa, golf facilities, swimming pools and all the other amenities this world class campus has to offer. Pamela Renwick, a senior OSLO Health instructor, will lead the group through a wide range of classes and activities, as well as share some insights into nutrition, mindfulness and general wellbeing. The objective is to give you a brief respite from your busy lives, while also being encouraged to participate in a digital detox for much of the trip. Well in advance of our departure the group will meet at OSLO Health, Dublin 2 to set some personal objectives to ensure you get the very most from your holiday.
Pamela Renwick will be your lead coach on this trip. Pamela is a professional coach and has completed accredited training with ICF. As a qualified pilates & yoga instructor with almost 20 years’ experience in the Fitness industry, Pamela works with people at all levels of fitness & health, from professional athletes to individual clients embarking on their wellness journey. Pamela’s extensive experience has allowed her to successfully help clients make a positive and enduring change in their lives.
On this trip, Pamela will get to know each client on an individual basis and help you develop a bespoke wellness programme. Regardless of your level of fitness, Pamela will assist you to set tailored personal & achievable goals for the future. Over the 4 days, Pamela will motivate you to really assess your “Self-Care Contract” allowing you to make positive change for your future.

“My hope for you on this trip is to allow yourself the gift of time, to reflect on where you are on your wellness journey and your aspirations for the future. From our first meeting in March I want to get to know you, I want to hear what you want, and I want to help you fulfil those aspirations. Most of all I want you to have fun, eat delicious food, enjoy the stunning surrounds and press ‘pause’ on your busy lives (and leave your phone in your room).
Over the few days, we will have cardio pilates, yoga, meditation and organised walks/ cycles. I cannot stress enough that all these classes will be at your level, we will work with you on this. If you are already fit, then be prepared to be challenged, if you are new to exercise then be brave and take this step and we will support you throughout.”
