"An Introduction to Warm Flow Pilates"                          

Saturday, September 30th, from 2.00 - 4.00pm with James Hale. 

This two-hour workshop is ideal for those both new and experienced in Pilates.

We will revisit Pilates key elements and explore the repertoire before linking it all together into an hour long class, using the sequences we’ve learnt and allowing you to focus on mobility on the movements. As you progress your body strengthens and adapts to the exercises. The intensity of the movements bring lasting benefits.

The room is heated to 27ºC. The rewards are worth it.

€30 per person, with towels, mats, changing rooms and refreshments provided.
