"Vinyasa Yoga Workshop"                        

Saturday, October 7th, from 2.00 - 4.00pm with Susie Murray.

 

A 2 hour Yoga practice devised to explore and develop the intricacy of the flow in Vinyasa. This class is styled to create dynamic and fluid Yoga transitions, choreographed to a strong connection to the rhythm of your breath with a soft flowing soundtrack. Learn to travel in your practice and bring effortless glide to each movement, from seated, standing, balancing and more. 

Expect a strong, sweaty and fun practice where we will equally engage and relax the body. The key is learning to glide your whole body through movement, breath whilst equally engaging and learning to let go. Prepare to go with the flow like you never have before. 

€30 per person, with towels, mats, changing rooms and refreshments provided.

Creative sequencing encourages the body to burn toxins, strengthen and tone muscles and uplift the spirit.
